Subcontractor Qualification

We appreciate your interest in working as a subcontractor with Patriot Contracting, LLC. We regard each of our subcontractors as an integral part of our team — in fact, our success as a General Contractor is driven by the quality of our subcontractors’ work and their dedication to our clients’ projects.

To be added to our Bidder’s List, we require that each prospective subcontractor complete and submit a Subcontractor Pre-Qualification Form (created by the Virginia chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.). Once we have received all the required information, we will review your application and advise you of our decision.
