Located in Leesburg’s historic district, this building was designed to meet the strict guidelines of the district’s Architectural Review Board. Working closely with the owners, architects, and contractors, we served a central role in creating a beautiful, functional building. In addition to the shell building, we were contracted to complete the tenant build-outs for the entire structure.
