When our client relocated their entire operation from Arlington to Chantilly, they hired Patriot Contracting to expand and upgrade their facilities. Our build-out featured a large high-end showroom and mezzanine for corporate offices, as well as a complete rug cleaning operation including wash pits, wringers and drying rooms. The project involved a significant amount of MEP work due to support the processes and equipment involved in rug cleaning.
