This design-build project consisted of office and lab space for a medical software developer. To help the client create an effective and pleasant work environment for his employees,  we reviewed and made recommendations for many high-end finishes, lighting, amenities, etc. By working with the architect and design-build subcontractors, we were able to shorten the project schedule and develop economical solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
